After their qualifying service is completed and paid, you earn $25 toward future IDC service. Four completed referrals earn $100.
Simple terms
- Qualifying service is a completed, paid IDC drain cleaning, jetting, maintenance, or qualifying repair visit with at least $145 in service charges before the discount. PSI inspections and locating are excluded, as are tax, permit fees, and third-party charges.
- The $25 introductory discount is available once per customer household or business service address, including existing customers who have not used it. A new referred customer receives that same $25 discount, not a second discount on top.
- A qualifying referral is a new IDC customer at a different service address who names the referrer before work begins. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, cancelled work, and unpaid work do not earn credit. One referrer per new customer.
- Credit is recorded after the referred service is completed and paid. Four qualifying referrals earn four $25 credits, totaling $100.
- Earned credits can accumulate and be redeemed together against future qualifying IDC service charges. Choose the introductory discount or earned credit on a visit; they do not combine with each other or another promotion.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot exceed eligible service charges. Unused credit carries forward and does not expire.
- Mention the offer and the referrer's name when requesting service. We confirm eligibility, earned credit, and the amount applied before work. Refunded qualifying work reverses its associated credit. Reviews are never required.
