Know the scope before you choose

What the work covers

Storm, roof, roof-leader, downspout, parking-lot, area, catch-basin drain-line, courtyard, trench, and channel cleaning or suitable storm-line jetting.

Access and preparation

Identify roof-access arrangements, vehicle restrictions, access points, outlets, and affected areas.

Limits and separate work

Roof-access equipment, catch-basin vacuuming, sediment disposal, and drainage redesign are not automatically part of line cleaning.

What you receive

We explain which run was reached, the cleaning result, and any unresolved access or discharge issues.

Price and approval

Quoted for the agreed service, access, footage, and method before work begins. Hydro jetting is $400 for the first hour and $350 for each additional approved hour. Defined scheduled programs are quoted by scope and frequency.

We confirm the specific work before starting. Additional time or a different method needs your approval; overlapping service descriptions are not automatically separate charges.

Already have a report?

Tell us the provider, report date, or job reference. Findings from PSI or another company may help define the work. We explain if missing footage or changed conditions require a new inspection; you do not automatically need to pay for the same investigation again.
